At the State Board of Education committee meetings last week there were small changes to the Dyslexia handbook, the committee approved them unanimously with no controversy. For your reference, the current handbook can be downloaded as a PDF from here

TEDA Membership and the Educators Professional Liability Insurance both expire July 31!  Renew your membership and EPLI now to avoid a lapse in coverage.

You must be an “Active” member of TEDA and an employee of a School District to be eligible for EPLI Option 1.  You can join online or complete the membership form and return with a check made payable to TEDA.

Remember:  if you are renewing your EPLI Option 1 before July 31^st, 2011, the new policy will begin on August 1^st, 2011 and will extend through July 31^st, 2012.
